Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model actress television host entrepreneur recording artist is the recipient of numerous honors during her career. These include two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. In addition, she was nominated two times for Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis was in the roles of Hiram Kampanerang in the films (2005), Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2007) Green Rose (2011) as well as Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). She portrayed Dyesebel, the Komiks iconic character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. The show was hosted by her at midday between 2009 and the year 2020. Curtis was born a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father is an Australian Lawyer, James Ernest Curtis Smith. Her father wed Ojales an Filipina woman from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. Jasmine, her younger sister is also an actor. Clare is one of their cousins at the father's end. Clare passed away at four months old in 2007 due to an illness of the heart.
